Our Origin Story — From Hustle to Fort-Building

Across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, we kept meeting brilliant founders who were warriors without forts—working 12–14 hours, solving fires, and carrying the entire company on their shoulders. Inspired by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s approach—secure the first fort (Torna), centralize at Raigad, then expand into Swarajya—we designed a practical business operating system for Indian SMEs, family businesses, and growth-stage startups.
